Premier Pro will automatically analyze every frame of this footage looking for common pixels, or objects or identifiable marks that it can follow from frame to frame. I'll set my clip, go into Effects, search for warp or stabilizer.

Which again, is part of both After Effects and Premier Pro. Well a good tool for shots like this is the Warp Stabilizer. Or just a lot more experience, but it's sometimes hard to go back and wish after the fact that you're given what you're given and you have to make it look good. Its the one effect where I render out a new file for each stabilized shot that goes into the edit, so the stabilization. What’s more, there are some instances when the filter ends up making your footage look even worse than it actually was in the first place as a result of the applied warping. Once you do this, the tool launches instantly and analyzes the footage. Even though the Warp Stabilizer in Premiere Pro CC has saved the lives of many video editors throughout the years, the results using the plug-in are far from perfect. A lot of these problems can be cured by things such as better tripods, stabilizer rigs you can wear while moving. You apply Warp Stabilizer by dragging it onto a clip. You can also see there's bouncing up and down, rather than being a completely smooth horizontal pan. In this particular shot, you can see where the very end of the camera move is rather abrupt. Another common problem is with hand-held shots that aren't particularly stable or smooth in their camera movements.
